You will receive an email when we begin your order, confirming that your film is in our hands and safe! If you do not receive this email, you can check your account by logging in from our site navigation.
Once your order reads “Order Started“, we have received and started your order.
For status updates, email [email protected]. We typically respond to status@ emails within one business day. We do not answer emails on weekends.
For expedited status updates, as quick as same-day developing, and added attention to your order, add FAST PASS to your order.
