Night film, and it knows it.
CineStill 800T is motion picture stock adapted for still cameras, and in 120 it produces some of the most recognisable night photography being made right now. This is a single roll rated at ISO 800 and balanced for tungsten light.
Because it is tungsten balanced, it renders artificial light as neutral instead of orange, which is why streets, interiors, and neon signs look right on it while daylight films go sickly. Shoot it in daylight and you will want an 85B filter, or you will get a strong blue cast.
Its signature is halation. The anti halation layer has been removed, so bright points of light bloom with a soft red glow. Streetlights, tail lights, and signs all get a halo. That is the entire reason people buy it. Cities at night, bars, diners, and neon.
