Like most colour negative film it prefers a little overexposure to underexposure. Development and scanning are purchased separately.
Speed without the shouting.
Kodak Professional Ektacolor 800 is the fast end of the Ektacolor line in 35mm, a daylight balanced colour negative film rated at ISO 800. It exists for the situations where a 400 speed film leaves you a stop short.
The Ektacolor character survives the speed increase. Colour stays natural rather than exaggerated, contrast stays low, and skin tones hold together instead of going blotchy the way cheaper fast films can. Grain is more present than Ektacolor 400, which is the honest trade, and it reads as film texture rather than noise.
Load it for indoor events, overcast days, dusk, and handheld shooting in venues where flash would be rude. It also copes well with mixed artificial lighting. Send it back to us and it runs on our C-41 line.
