How to mail in your film
-
1
Place your order online
Choose your developing and scanning options through our film services page. Select the number of rolls, film type, and scan resolution. You'll receive an order number to include with your package.
-
2
Pack your film securely
Place your rolls in a ziploc bag with a note including your name and order number. Seal everything inside a padded bubble mailer or small box. No special packaging needed — just make sure the film can't move around in transit.

Packing and shipping tips
-
Include your order info. Write your name and order number on a piece of paper and tuck it inside the bag with your film. This is how we match your package to your order.
-
Use a ziploc bag. Group your rolls together in a sealed plastic bag. This protects against moisture if the mailer is damaged in transit.
-
Padded mailer or box. A standard bubble mailer works great for up to 4 rolls. For larger orders, use a small box with some padding so the film doesn't shift around.
-
Avoid extreme heat. If you're shipping during summer months, choose a faster shipping method to minimize time sitting in hot trucks. Film is resilient but prolonged heat isn't ideal.
-
Disposable cameras. You can mail these in as-is. No need to remove the film yourself — we handle that in the lab.
-
Skip the stamps and paper envelopes. Regular paper mail envelopes tear easily and don't protect your film. Always use a padded bubble mailer or box, and ship with a carrier label — not stamps.
