Developing

Can you develop my 120 film?

Yes! We offer C-41 Color and Black + White 120 film developing, scanning, and 4x6 printing.

What equipment do you use to develop my film?

For most C-41 color negative film, we process your film in an all-new, state of the art Colenta roller transport machine. With the most pristine color accuracy and archival wash stages, your film is in the best of hands. For expired film and disposables, we use a well maintained Noritsu V-30 film processor. Black+White is hand developed using special, secret chemistry (Kodak brand). E-6 Color Positive slide film is developed using our handy Jobo ATL1000.

I shot on expired film. Can you develop it?

We are happy to develop any C-41 Color film that is expired. We cannot guarantee the results of your expired film, and will not be able to extend refunds if these results don't meet your expectations.

Do you develop+scan APS Advantix film?

We can develop and scan APS Advantix -- just select "35mm" as your Film Type. Results vary, as this is a discontinued film type that only exists in expired form today.

Do you push/pull color film?

We can push/pull color film at an additional cost. Please select your desired Processing Preference when ordering.

I’ve soaked my film (in coffee, dirt/mud, alcohol, etc.) for experimental purposes. Can you develop it?

We do not develop any film that has been soaked or tampered with, for the sake of maintaining fresh, clean chemicals. Thank you for understanding.

Do you cut and sleeve my film?

We do not offer cut and sleeve at this time, as we have a strict uncut film policy. We do sleeve all uncut rolls in continuous roll sleeving. For orders with contact sheet scans, we will cut and sleeve film into binder sleeving.

Can you develop Color Positive Slide film (E-6)?

Yes, on our Customized order flow, add E-6 processing as an option to your selections.
